  • CALLING FOR 3X3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT TEAMS!

    "Block Party" calls for all hoop enthusiasts! Organized and supported by Dream Sport Academy, the Sports & Activities Department, the Secondary PE department and the Phoenix Sports Club (PSC), the 3x3 Basketball Tournament at the CIS FAIR 2024 Block Party promises to be an adrenaline-pumping affair! We’re on the lookout for teams of skilled and passionate CIS students to compete - assemble your squad and get ready to showcase your skills on the court! Winning team will receive an exciting prize!

    DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION OF INTEREST: Sun, 3 November, 2024

    TEAM COMPOSITION

    Players: 
    - Must be CIS students
    - Each team consists of minimum 3 players and maximum 4 players. Can be a mix of year groups or same year group
    - Each student can only enter into 1 team

    Enter Categories: Teams can enter one of the following categories:
    i. Junior - Boys (Year 7 to 9 students)
    ii. Junior - Girls (Year 7 to 9 students)
    iii. Senior - Boys (Year 10 to 13 students)
    iv. Senior - Girls (Year 10 to 13 students)

    FEE: HK$300 per team

    CALLING FOR FLASH MOB DANCERS!

    Light it up at the CIS FAIR 2024 BLOCK PARTY！We’re on the lookout for 30 to 50 talented CIS student dancers (Year 5 and up) to rock the campus with an electrifying ⚡️ Flash Mob Dance on Sat, November 23!

    Here’s how to join the fun:

    1.⁠ ⁠Perform a 30 second Dance Routine to a hip hop / kpop song. You can learn this Audition Routine: https://rb.gy/sqqxu3 OR choose another hip hop/kpop song to perform a cover routine or your own choreoraphy.

    2.⁠ ⁠Complete the form - Record the 30 second video of you performing the dance routine. Read the details and terms in the form, fill in your info, and upload your video: https://rb.gy/2dg3sr

    For Y4-6 Primary / Secondary students! In line with “Year to Connect," we are excited to create a 5M x 5M 3D Pavement Artwork (Optical Illusion) with artist JOE YIU - World Record Holder of Largest 3D Ground Painting ever produced!

    Supported by the CIS Annual Fund, the art piece will embody Vision 33, "Bridges for Good,” and will be showcased on Hau Yuen Path at the CIS FAIR 2024 on 23 November (Sat), as well as at future CIS events!

    3 workshop sessions available for Secondary Students during lunch / after school on Nov 13 & 14

  • CALLING Students & volunteering Parents to join the CIS FAIR 2024 3D Pavement Art Lunch/After school Workshops!

    ATTENTION Upper Primary / Secondary students! In line with “Year to Connect," we are excited to create a 5 x 5M 3D optical illusion pavement artwork with artist JOE YIU - World Record Holder of Largest 3D Ground Painting ever produced! COLLECTING ITEMS FOR MAKERSPACE

  • The Primary Sustainability and Primary Art Departments are on the lookout for clean paper bags, sanitized cellophane candy wrappers, and cardboard tubes to upcycle into fun craft projects for Makerspace at the Fair. Please drop them off at Primary Office (G/F lobby) before 18 November!
